Question: Will I be able to walk in that day to play?
Answer: Walk-In players will be limited to 40 (Forty) Participants and will be based solely on a "First Come, First Served" Basis. The cost for walk-in on the day of the Event will be $40. Non-Participants (friends, family, etc. . .) are welcome at this event; however they must fill (in it's entirety) the Non-Player Participant Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Waiver.

Question: What time will the sign-in begin?
Answer: Chrono as well as Official Sign-In time will be 8 a.m.

Question: What time will I be able to set up?
Answer: Gates will open at 7 a.m. for those who wish to set up their tent. Tent setup for participants will be very limited and will be based on a first come first served basis. We will allow a single row of vehicles along the picket fence area only for those who have a tent. The tent must not exceed the length of your vehicle and must be of reasonable size (i.e. 10x10). Very large vehicles (such as buses) as well as large tents (larger than 10x10) are not allowed in that area. Vehicles without any tents will not be allowed in that area and must park in designated parking areas. Secondary Tent/Car set up will be allowed behind the Supporter Tent Areas. Question: What should I bring to this event?
Answer: Please bring your Airsoft Equipment (airsoft guns, gear, batteries-for AEG's, etc). Food & Beverage booths will be available. They will have plate lunches not to exceed $7 as well as chili available (undetermined on the price of those at this time). The tentative menu that we have recieved was: Shoyu Chicken Plate and a Teri Beef Plate as well as Bowls and Plates of Chili for $7 and under. They will be served as Hot dishes (with salad and rice). Beverages will also be on sale at the food booth as. Our main tent will have accessories on sale (so don't forget to bring some $$). Very important!!!! Do not forget to bring a picture I.D. (when signing in you will be asked for identification).

Question: Can I bring along my friend (family member, etc) to this event?
Answer: Non-Players (friends, family, etc. ) are welcome, however they must fill out a Non-Player Participant Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to be allowed onto the premises. This may filled out at registration at the official registration outlets. We will also allow walk-ins at the day of the event (however a limit of 200 walk-ins allowed that day).

Question: Can I bring along my own tent?
Answer: We will allow tents for personal use (for purposes of storing your airsoft equipment), however tents set up for vending or sale of items without our prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for your tent (setup or breakdown) and you will be held responsible for the area that you set up (policing of trash). Also, be aware that you will be solely responsible for all of your equipment. Setting up of tents will be limited to a specific location and will be based on a first come first served basis. We will not reserve spots for personal tents. We will not allow pets (except seeing eye dogs, to which you will be responsible for policing of it's refuse "poop"). For safety reasons we will not allow portable barbeque grills.

Question: Will there be parking available?
Answer: Ample parking will be available with our staff guiding participants in the morning.

Question: I live on the neighbor island (or mainland) and want to register. Do you have an online pre-registration form that I can fill out?
Answer: Unfortunately the answer is No. However you can forward us your information via the email (listed below). Please tell us your (participant's) Full Name, Address, Contact Number and Age (must be at least 14 years of age or older). And we will note that in our list. On event day please present us with a valid picture I.D. and we will accept your registration at the Pre-Registration price of $25. Please be aware that on event day, Walk-Ins will be $40.
